This silver-plated copper wrapping wire is ideally suited for wire wrapping projects, including prototyping, small production runs, and other applications such as production line work. The wire is highly flexible yet resistant to abrasion, made from oxygen-free high conductivity (OFHC) copper, and well insulated. Because wire wrap construction has connections that are less likely to fail and doesn’t use solder, which can be faulty (corrosion and cold or dry joints), wire wrap construction is often more reliable than printed circuits. Usage:
