ULN2803 darlington transistor array

ULN2803 darlington transistor array

250.00

The ULN2803 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array, designed to interface logic-level signals to various high-power loads. This device consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs with common-emitter configuration, capable of driving high-current loads up to 500mA per channel. The integrated clamp diodes make it suitable for driving inductive loads such as relays, solenoids, and stepper motors.

Key Features:

  • Eight NPN Darlington pairs
  • High output current: 500mA per channel
  • High sustaining voltage: 50V
  • Input compatible with TTL and CMOS logic levels
  • Integrated freewheeling diodes for inductive load driving
  • Standard 18-pin DIP and SOIC packages

Technical Specifications:

  • Collector-Emitter Voltage (Vce): 50V
  • Output Current (Iout): 500mA per channel
  • Input Voltage (Vin): 30V
  • Clamp Diode Forward Voltage: 2.7V
  • Clamp Diode Reverse Voltage: 50V
