SN74HC251N (74HC251)

850.00

The SN74HC251N is a high-speed CMOS 8-input multiplexer with 3-state outputs. This device selects one of eight binary data inputs, as determined by the address inputs (A, B, C). The output is a single data line which can be placed into a high-impedance state by the output enable (OE) input. This multiplexer is ideal for applications requiring data routing and selection, including digital circuits and communication systems.

Key Features:

  • 8-input multiplexer with 3-state outputs
  • High-speed CMOS technology
  • Low power consumption
  • High noise immunity
  • TTL-compatible inputs
  • Wide supply voltage range: 2V to 6V
  • Address and enable inputs control the selected output
  • Low power consumption
  • High noise immunity
