MOC3062 optocoupler

MOC3062 optocoupler

850.00

Description:

The MOC3062 is an optocoupler device that integrates a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode (LED) and a monolithic silicon detector performing the function of a zero-crossing bilateral triac driver. This optocoupler is designed for use in interfacing low voltage control signals with equipment powered from 115/240 VAC lines. It facilitates the control of triacs in various applications such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, and consumer appliances.

Key Features:

  • Optically coupled isolator
  • Gallium arsenide infrared LED and monolithic silicon detector
  • Simplifies logic control of 115/240 VAC power
  • Zero-crossing to minimize conducted and radiated line noise
  • High isolation voltage: 7500 Vpk
  • Superior static dv/dt: 2000 V/µs
  • Safety and regulatory approvals: UL1577, IEC60747-5-5
