LNK626PG Power Supply Chip

The LNK626PG is an integrated offline switcher IC from the LinkSwitch-4 family, designed for non-isolated flyback and buck converter applications. It integrates a 700V power MOSFET, oscillator, simple ON/OFF control scheme, a high-voltage switched current source, and a thermal shutdown circuitry. This IC provides accurate constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) regulation without requiring an optocoupler or an external current sense resistor, thereby simplifying the design and reducing component count in power supply applications.
