The LIS3DSH features a dynamic selectable ±2g / ±4G / ± 6g / ± 8G / ± 16g full scale, which is capable of measuring acceleration output data rates from 3.125 Hz to 1.6 kHz.
The self-test feature allows the user to check the sensor’s functionality in the final application.
The device can be configured to generate interrupt signals that are activated by user-defined motion modes.
The LIS3DSH has a comprehensive first, first out (FIFO) buffer that allows the user to store data for reduced host processor intervention.
The LIS3DSH is packaged in a small thin plastic grid array (LGA) that is guaranteed to operate over the extended temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
