IRF520 module

This module features an N-channel MOSFET transistor, designed to control devices that require more current than a microcontroller or control system can provide. The IRF520 MOSFET used in the module supports a supply voltage range of 0 to 24V and can handle current loads up to 5A. However, if the current exceeds 1A, a heatsink is recommended to prevent overheating.
