IR2184S SOP8 LCD power management chip

The IR2184S is a high voltage, high speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high and low side referenced output channels. It is designed to drive low-side and high-side MOSFETs and IGBTs efficiently, making it ideal for LCD power management applications. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in the high side configuration, operating up to 600V. The IC features low propagation delay and high immunity to noise, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.
