IR2130PBF

The IR2130PBF is a high voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with three independent high and low side referenced output channels. This three-phase bridge driver is designed for use in a wide range of motor control applications and features built-in protection functions such as undervoltage lockout and deadtime control to ensure reliable operation. The IC is available in a DIP28 package, making it suitable for various high-power applications.
