Key Features
-
2:1 Shrink Ratio
Shrinks to 50% of original diameter when heated, ensuring a reliable, tight fit over large-diameter cables and connections. -
Dual-Wall Construction
Features a cross-linked polyolefin outer jacket combined with an inner thermoplastic adhesive lining. When heated, the adhesive melts and flows, creating a sealed and bonded interface with the underlying material. Upon cooling, it forms a durable, moisture-resistant seal. -
Waterproof & Pullout Resistant
The inner adhesive provides superior environmental sealing, preventing ingress of water, dust, and other contaminants. The tubing also offers excellent pullout resistance, reducing the risk of mechanical failure in high-vibration or high-stress environments. -
Reinforcement at High-Stress Cable Junctions
Ideal for coaxial, power, or signal cable terminations, especially in applications where tight bends or mechanical strain are common. Helps to prevent cable fatigue and failure at critical transition points.
