GLCD 12864

The GLCD12864 is a 2.7- inch 128×64 Graphical LCD display module which is  the graphical upgrade to those popular 16×2 LCDs, but allows full graphical control. It communicates via 8080 8-bit parallel interface and negative voltage built in on module. This 128 x 64 LCD module can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃
