IR2113

The IR2113 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with independent high- and low-side referenced output channels. This driver is designed for use in half-bridge and full-bridge applications, enabling efficient driving of N-channel power MOSFETs and IGBTs. It features integrated deadtime control, undervoltage lockout, and matched propagation delay for the high and low sides, ensuring reliable and safe operation. The IR2113 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including motor drives, switch-mode power supplies, and inverters.
