The ATmega32 is an 8-bit AVR microcontroller chip based on the advanced Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) architecture, this architecture enables it to execute 1 million instructions per second for a 1MHz cycle frequency provided by a crystal oscillator.
It is a low power CMOS technology-based controller.
